Returns and Exchange Policy

Eligibility
Items can be exchanged within 1 day of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or item, subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, you may choose another item of equal value.

Returns
Returns are accepted only in case of defective or damaged items. The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Non Returnable Items
Items that have been worn, damaged after delivery, or without tags cannot be accepted.

Delivery Fees
Delivery charges apply for exchanges. The standard delivery fee will be charged for the return and the new delivery.

Cash on Delivery Orders
Refunds, if applicable, will be issued as store credit.
